Pics of front end rebuild, brakes, sway bar, seat & exhaust!
So I installed this sway bar over the weekend and the seat and new cab mounts, I bought some steel from home depot to make the seat brackets (under cab). I also got the exhaust on last week (Flowmaster dual original 40 series). It sounds great. Also converted to disc brakes and a booster, shocks springs, upper control arms, etc. Also switch over to an 85 chevy's power steering. Figured I'd post some pics! Next onto the interior and finishing the body work!

Nice job, where did you get the upper control arms from? Was the 85 power steering box the same? Just bolt on and go? Thanks, ..............Bamm!

Re: Pics of front end rebuild, brakes, sway bar, seat & exhaust!
The upper control arms were purchased from Performance Online, they have the replacement stockers for $199 and the control arms I bought for dropped chevy's/gmc's were $249. (luckily they are only 2 miles away from where I live so I just picked everything up from them) They reccomended these for alignment purposes. Also the power steering is off a 3/4 ton because you need the 3/4 's idler arm. Other than those two things it was a straight bolt on. They did have to cut about a 1/2" away from the bottom of the frame for it to fit though. I went with the 85 power steering because of close ratio and I am extremely happy! Also the sway bar is 1 1/4" off a 3/4 ton and it has made a night and day difference in the handling. If you don't have one, look on ebay, go to a junk yard, whatever you have to do... get one.
