E-bay truck

Hi, I was a member of the 60-66 board (i had a 64 GMC) sold off the truck in april and since allot of you follow E-bay I thought I would tell you I was the one who got the 1970 Custom C 10 cardinal red truck that recently went for $1650 in Ohio. The truck is surprisingly solid since it's been up here 9 years the rust is mostly what I see in allot of other trucks- door bottoms the fender under the battery and rockers , but underneath is solid- looks better than allot of newer used trucks up here and the are some rust blossoms in a couple places around the moulding but not through. The motor isn't original but is strong and doesn't smoke or knock .It is a A/C, PS,th350,PB. was originally white with a red cloth interior but I like current colors better. It was originally a Akansas truck and the protecto Plate owner reads Homer Simpson. No kidding !

Re: E-bay truck

I am really amazed by how much better it drives and handles over my old truck- THAT was a REAL truck that you had to work at to drive , this one is a real pleasure to drive even with the factory HD rear coils.
