quick question
keep burning up my little donut gasket on passenger side,does anyone whay could cause this tighten it up really good no leaks 4 mths later need a new one

I would check your exhaust hangers, if it can move around too much it will wiggle loose at that connection.

and the oposite too... if the pipes are solidly mounted, something will have to give when the torque revs it and leans over to the side.

talked to a guy at advance auto, and he said that my motor lean and that may be why they keep burning up, if so how do I fix this

Running lean will definately make the pipes alot hotter. And cause ill effects on the dounut gaskets.

how do I fix it because this is causing my starter to get too hot, and not letting my truck start, until after it cools off for a while

I installed a starter heat shield. Running a full set of Headman Headers. It works great!
