Re: fixin to do my air conditioner

Are you installing the entire unit or just replacing components on an existing one? I am in the process of installing Nostalgic Air Products Underdash Unit in my 67 LWB.

I've never added an A/C to something that didn't have it originally, so do you know if I can place the dryer anywhere I want? Does it have to be right near the Condensor? I placed in on the DS fender well.

Dud, if you've got the factory system, you don't have an orifice....you have an expansion valve and suction throttling valve.

Don't have a vacuum pump or just didn't mention?

Re: fixin to do my air conditioner

if you dont replace the expansion valveor oficestube then you will void the warranty on the new compressor
