How do I know if my truck came factory with a headliner?

Im reading about them, and they mentioned something about some clips...

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Do you have holes for the clips or is the cab's metal liner solid?

To add to that: the upper metal headliner will have slots around the perimeter and a few (4 I think) small screw holes

Was wondering if the headliner without trim was just glued into place?
