the pics aint that good but to me they look to be regular steel wheels and for the price well i just got a great set of chrome reversed with NOS hubcaps for $130 for 4 plus shipping
but knowing some of the ebay frenzy buyers i imagine the'll sell
i think he's a good fiction writer

Those aren't rallys but the 15x8 stock style rims which are pretty hard to find
