If you're using the old drums with the new crossmember then I'm not sure there is an adapter. The adapters I have seen are for the correct year inner tie rods and newer outer tie rods with larger diameter threads. I don't think you can just turn the adapters around because one tie rod end is left hand threaded and the other is right hand threaded.
If you are using the original steering sector and pitman arm/idler arm you should be able to go with the original drag link with stock tie rod ends and adjusters. (edit) OK I think I get it now. Using the original drag link and trying to use new outer tie rod end. Can't use the original tie rod end because the taper isn't right.
