About Sand blasting
For frame and heavy parts I use this system shown below. I also use it for inside fenders and what not and it is about the safest way to go as far as health concerns. Got the nozzle at Northern tool.
The second picture is a minnie greenhouse I built a few years ago for the wife , and it is big enough for a front fender. She made the canvas panels and gloves for me , ain't she sweet! |

How much flash rust are you getting...what are you doing to the blasted parts before painting?
