Will this hurt my axle?
I've got a NP246 electronic T-case in my Suburban. They can not be switched to a nuetral position. Will running constant power to the front axle hurt anything as long as the hubs are unlocked? The front is a 8 lug Dana 44 if it makes any difference.

Re: Will this hurt my axle?
the old 203's acted like a center dif when not locked in. when the full time front was converted and unlocked without installing a part time conversion kit into the transfercase then power took the the path of least resistence...right out the front. the truck acted sluggish. if your t-case works the same way then I would say you cannot just unlock you front dif, you may run into the same issue. -steve
