front drive shaft
can you drive a truck with a NP205 t case with the front drive shaft taken off with out causing any damage to it?

I'v done it before...There is just no 4wd! I dont see what harm it would do. I might be driving without a front driveshaft for awhile if I dont get one made (stock one is too short)

It won't hurt anything on the 205. I went without my front drive shaft while I had it out getting the CV joint rebuilt.
