anybody know if 35 inch tires will fit under a 6 inch lift
yea i really could use yalls help cause i am wanting to lift my 83 swb GMC sierra 1500 and do yall know what kind of motifications i might have to make on it if yall could reply back to me with yalls answers i would greatly appretiate it

I think 4in of lift will get it done as long as you are not wheeling real hard. In that case 6in is better. Mostley the front corners of the front fenders will take a beating when wheeling hard with 35's and 4in. The rear will be just fine. Unless you like the big rocks, or you have a lead foot and like to jump, you will be fine with the 4in. and 35's.

6" lift should be fine. U probably will have to lengthen your drive shaft. 6" lift is on the borderline. Probably will have to extend your brake lines as well.

I would go 6". I had a 3/4 ton with 6" and running 35s, and once in awhile I would hit the fender. It was a nice truck, so didn't want any rubbing at all. I was running wide boggers, which didn't help any.

4"Superlift,12.50/35 BFG A/Ts,9.75" steel wheels,Heckothorn Hydraulic shocks.Rode good,never rubbed.Never wheeled it hard either.But,almost always hauling weight.Diesel motor and loaded lader rack put`s the weight up front a good bit,too:
