$400 truck, best 400 I ever spent

So I got my 85 k20 home last night finally. He was the original owner and was asking $500 but I got him down to $400 he said " I feel bad about selling such an ugly truck" I felt bad about buying it so cheap until he said that.

Anyway here it is its a 454, th350 (i think, square pan w/corner cut off right?) I believe its a 208 tcase, 3/4 ton 4wd, pw pl work great, 77k orig miles etc.. Only bad spot on the body is the passenger side which I'll replace pretty quick. It drives great and its got new tires, and battery, original radio still works ha ha.

Re: $400 truck, best 400 I ever spent

I originally thought I would just pull the motor and then part the truck but it's in better shape than I thought it would be in. I'm going to swap motors with my blazer and put a small lift and paint it. It would be a shame to part it I think.

Smokin deal. It looks like you could clean it up a bit and turn it for about 4x what you have in it.
