Has Anyone ?

I got a great deal on this Edelbrock Air Cleaner and plan to get the matching Valve Covers. I have big block in my truck and looking at Edelbrocks site they only show a " tall series" matching valve cover with a height of 14 15/16 or you might as well say 5 inches. I have the original booster on my truck and it is going to be replaced. My first question is has anyone used these valve covers on a big block truck with the original 9" booster in the stock location and if so was there any install or fit problems. The next question is , if they wont fit under the stock booster I notice some vendors sell a 7" Booster as well as a 9" booster and I'w wondering if I would lose any braking power ( I have the stock front disc, rear drum setup ) if I used a 7" booster.

Re: Has Anyone ?

I don't have a big block. And I don't have an answer. I just wanted to show off my Edelbrock matching stuff

Looks great on your engine, I think that Edelbrock Elite Series is very classy. I get lots of people asking to see my "396" and I'd like a little more wow factor when I pop the hood!!
