Interior color scheme help!

I am changing the color of my 70 Blazer 4WD from yellow with a light brown interior (the glovebox calls it "gold vinyl trim") to medium olive green and I need to know what colors of interiors were available with that exterior color. Things like seats, steering wheel and column, dash pad and door inserts and the like. I have seen black as a choice but am curious how to find out what actually was considered correct from the factory color schemes. Thanks for your help.

My 71 has an "off white" interior. I can't remember what the factory called it. I'll check when I get home.

Re: Interior color scheme help!

My truck was Med. olive. The interior is listed as med. olive too. It's kind a Dark forest green color.

Re: Interior color scheme help!

Just looked at the glovebox. They refer to the color as "Parchment". The door panels, Seat belts, Cover on the rear view mirror are Off white. The steering col. is kind of a light tan. When I got my blazer it did not have the factory seats or steering wheel, so can only guess that they would match.

Re: Interior color scheme help!

I have a med olive green truck and the metal portions of the interior were med olive to match, but door panels, steering wheel/column seats and dash pad were all a darker forest green color (I call it school bus vinyl green). I have switched most of it over to black/charcoal and just have the door panels left with the dark green. (anyone got the black/woodgrain door panels for a '71?) .

Hope that helps.....
