No title.I think the DMV title police ought to arrest the state of Georgia.It seems like a state vehicle sold thru a state approved or owned auction should have a title.It says no title but they are going to charge a title transfer fee.
Doesn't make much sense.If someone bids on it they should ask for clarification before doing so.
