WTB 8 lug front
I am in need of a dana 44 or a 10 bolt 8 lug front with 4:11 gears close to Tennessee. Let me know price and location. thanks

I have a 4x4 crew cab 1 ton single rear wheel 8 lug rolling sand blasted frame, painted,installed all new bushings,ball joints,tie rods,steering box and power steering pump all new stainless brake lines I also have a 86 front clip complete with wiring harness and all I also have a new 91 radiator support head lights, grille, with wiring harness and all I also have a complete rolling 2x4 1 ton crew cab frame. The cab is virtually rust free a little surface coming in the cab corners I have a 400 small block engine a 400 turbo transmission and transfer case that goes with it All for $3000.00

I bought a 91 crew cab 4x4 but the dana 60 is gone and i really don't want to spend the money on a replacement 60 right now. thanks anyway

I have a d44 out of a 71 to 72 truck its a 6 lug with the blue lock outs and I have every thing to put 8 lug on it every thing but calipers and routers I have 250 in it and I would like to get that out of it if possible. I was going to put 4:56 in it so I do have a set off 4;56 gears and carrier for it I would like 300 for every thing. it has 3:07 gears in it now.

few more pics the hubs on the shelf are 8 lug and the spindals are in them so they dont get hurt. the 3/4 backing plates I have are the full plates there thick and heavy. that is not rust in the pic of the gears around the carrier my flash must have made it look that way.

thats ok if you can find a 6 lug with 4:10 Ill sell you the hubs to make it 3/4 that may help you find one quicker.

My brother has a 8 lug dana 44 with a 4:10 or 4:11 gear under his blazer. I know he's wanting to upgrade to a dana 60, so his will be available. Of course I have no idea when he will run up on a replacement. If you still need one once he swaps it out I will be sure to give you a shout.

you wont find one with 4.10-4.11, d44/10b have 4.09's. it doesnt matter chevy always ran 4.11 in the back and 4.09 up front. .02 is not going to hurt anything and was a stock config.
do you need a complete axle or just the 8lug stuff to put on it? |
