Fuel tank under the bed

I have just finshed the bed on my 69 and have been thinking about mounting the fuel tank under the bed. My question is does the fuel inlet line up with the bed wood or will I have interference with the bed strips. Like the problem they had in last months Clasic truck mag.

I did the conversion earlier in the year and just set my bed on the frame, There is a cross bar that hits the tank and the filler tube. you have to remove quite a bit of the crossbar to alleviate the situation. I'm still in the middle of it.

There has been a lot of discussion here on the conversion.
