Longhorn Progress

Just an update on my "little" project. Some of you guys may remember seeing my post of my cab hanging from the rafters.

Anyway, now I am ready to spend some bucks on upper and lower side trim. Also, a complete NOS grille assembly would be nice, but may not be able to afford or find.

I am planning to install my own windshield with new rubber this week.

P.S. - So far I've done all the work myself on this truck including paint and body. Acrylic enamel, sanded, and buffed.

I swear, I am going to be divorced.... I have 3 project vehicles waiting after my truck - and now I want a 4x4 - especially when I see these nice ones.... Very Kewl!

Did you convert this to 4wd? Awesome! I have been kicking around the same idea with my Longhorn. Do you have any info on how you did it? Thanks

Re: Longhorn Progress

Manimal, the conversion to 4X4 was done before I got the truck. I would guess the person got hold of a 3/4 ton parts truck and swapped everything over.

Let me know if you need to know anything specific. Mine is a manual trans with the bulldog first gear and an NP203 transfer case.
