Radiator Hose

I am looking for a radiator hose that looks like the one on the picture. I changed the alternator brackets on mine and.... so if anyone can help with year and model that would help.

Thanks

Re: Radiator Hose

Kinda looks like the one on a '88 R/V series 30 454 with FI, with the std. width radiator, not the wide "diesel" one. Or even a 472/ 500 Caddy. Yet not quite identical to either. Is your T-stat outlet straight up, or angled forward? If it's straight up, I'd look at one for the 454.

Re: Radiator Hose

My first thought was camaro. There has to be numbers on the hose, molded in there somewhere

Re: Radiator Hose

Many times I have just taken measurements of what I need then look through the hoses at the auto parts stores and usually can come up with something close.

Re: Radiator Hose

Jeff: I have the angled forward t-stat housing. When you say R/V series do you mean a P-Model or panel type that they put R/V on?

Re: Radiator Hose

Pull it off and bring it to the parts store, they can match it up for you

Re: Radiator Hose

R/V is what GM renamed the carry- over '87 body style that they continued to use on 30 series dually 4x4's, Subs & Blazers past 1988 until the all got switched to the newer body style, which took over the old C/K designation.
