Truck is lifted.

Well the 6" added about 3 inches as least to the height. I'm pretty sure I could clear some 38's now but I'm gonna go with 36's. Definantly looks different. No pictures yet. I will have them Monday evening. I will be gone all weekend trying to figure out how I'm going to get in it now.

Re: Truck is lifted.

You might have to carry a step-stool around in the bed so you can get in

My 69 K20 measures 33 1/4 - that's equates to quite a jump to get in for me so you must need a running start to get into yours

Re: Truck is lifted.

How about a spring board, seems to work with the gymnists... Like YJ said a running start and close the pass. side door so you don't go all the way thru

I just kinda roll across the rock sliders on my ankle/shin area and pulling like h&ll on the roll cage to climb up and in while trying not to smack my head on the top tube of the cage.

Quite an event/challenge I gotta say.

Re: Truck is lifted.

Yeah I live about 3 miles from his brother that has the green 1979. I was out there on Sunday. I saw all three brothers. You should come to the show at the New Haven youth fair on the 14th. They run it so it would be good for you to come its at the Legion on 100. You think you will make it? I would really like to see your truck.
