Question How low would you go?

I'm wanting to drop my Chevy 3/4 after we switch it over to a dually 1 ton rear end and was wondering what you guys thought would be the best amount of drop for it since it will still be doing some work hauling a car trailer. Does anybody know if they make dropped spindles for the heavier trucks, or will I just have to cut a coil and put lowering blocks on it? Thanks for any input. Sorry to sound like such a rookie.
