Reproduction inner fenders
Do these have the threaded holes for the brace that goes around the steering shaft or not?

Re: Reproduction inner fenders
Hmmmmm, not sure, never looked at mine that close. I will tell you
this ................................ They are a royal pain in the a$$. The outer holes don't line up to well with the fender holes. It has alot to do with the way they are stacked and shipped from overseas

Re: Reproduction inner fenders
my original one was a pain too. I had it off to replace my steering box. I cleaned and painted it and it came off way easier?

Re: Reproduction inner fenders
that's what die grinders and grinding burrs are for, but the good thing is that simple metal like inner fenders are relatively easy to deal with as opposed to more complex structures like doors or even fenders. hog your holes out carefully in the direction you need to do when fitting, takes some patience but in the long run you save yourself prying and binding and that kind of stuff. Also make sure to save this step until after your final panel alignment if you have removed the front clip, doors etc.
