Another Lmc Nightmare

I had a similar problem where my parts didn't arrive and I called to see what had happened. They had transposed a digit on the customer number and had shipped my parts to someone else. They refused to cancel the order and made the same suggestion that I should get in touch with this other person. I disputed the charge on my card and ultimately about 2 weeks later got a credit...but still didn't get my parts.

I've also found that the parts quality isn't really all that great - some of the stuff is the same as everyone else, but some is really low quality junk. I had the same issue with Vickie Brit when ordering parts for my 1970 MGB - I found Moss Motors was way more expensive...but had quality parts.
