just picked this up today and not sure how to price it. here's what all i bought. power steering pump, pulley, brackets, water pump pulley, cast iron crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer, dual alternator pulley and both alternator brackets. it came off a 71 chevy 3/4 ton 2wd with a 292 straight 6. i DID NOT get the pressure hose, it was missing, and i cut the return hose since it was weather cracked and just straight hose. i also got all the mounting bolts and the balancer bolt.
i called a local truck parts supplier and he said not to sell it all for less than $300.00 since he recently saw one on e-bay that sold for almost $600.00. please give me your input as to a fair price to ask. i'm not wanting to screw anyone on the value but at the same time, i don't want to get screwed either:bansex: :bansex: :fast68:

Hi Jerry
As rare as it is and as complete as you have it and counting the correct bolts and all brackets it has to be worth $275 to $350. Add $125 for shipping, belt, hoses and you have a very nice hard to duplicate set up. But that eBay thing is hard to ignore as you price it fairly here or local and get scoffed at for that price. List it on eBay and someone might just love to have it for double what you wanted for it. I just sold in two seperate auctions, two pair of NOS 65-67 armrests in their original boxes for $300 a pair on eBay. I would have felt and been happy with $50 or $60 a pair to someone I knew but now what is really fair when you list it and several eBayers bid them up and are happy with them at three times what you thought was a fair price? I Just paid $350.00 for the same set up, less the harmonic balancer , I havent recieved it yet, so keep me in mind just incase I recieve a set up for a 250 by accident Thanks, Rick

like i said, i'm not trying to screw anyone. i appreciate your replies and it sounds like 300 plus shipping is fair for everybody. i'll post a true "for sale" ad later on when i get everything cleaned up.

No , Just the PS pump and brackets ,maybe the waterpump pully I cant remember.
