Floor Pan Install Question
The front floor pan patch panel is longer and extends past the factory seam. Do you cut the panel and bend a lip to meet the cowl lip( where they were spot welded together) Or have folks just butt welded it at the seam. Advice and Pics needed!

I cut and bent a flange on mine, makes it more like the original. You could butt weld it also, it's your choice....

Put your floor patch on top of the cowl floor and draw a line. Measure from that line to the flange, what ever that demension is add a 1/2" for the flange and that is how much you have to take off the floor board patch panel.
If your unsure, you can do a test pc. of about 3" to check to see if it comes out rite. You can refer to my thread as I think its in there, but I don't know how to attach it..... J.
