Fuel Filler Neck Hose Question
The neck on my 1969 Suburban gas tank measures 1 3/8" Dia. Appears to be the same on the filler neck. I have been unsuccessful in locating that dia. fuel hose (economically).
I have been able to find some 1 1/2" hose. I was thinking about going ahead and using it with clamps. However, I thought I would check here to see if anyone had also done this and if they had run into any problems down the road with leaks. Thanks

I had to sinch mine down with hose clamps. No issues.

If you have anyone in your area that rebuildstank trucks, Gas trucks ect. they will have the correct hose on hand. It should be gas proof.
