Question Goose neck ball

Anyone running a b&w flip over ball or other ball set up? If so how was the bed rib, under the bed addressed for install? Pictures?

Re: Goose neck ball

I have a goose neck ball in my pickup....but it was originally a 2 wheel drive and it has a wood floor. It's not pretty but if you're interested, I'll snap some photos.
