Re: buddy buckets in a j/y

What's needed to retro the Dodge BB's mounting to fit our trucks? and what years/models did they come in? My landlords are major Dodge (60's-70's) buffs, to the point of owning a pristine old Hemi car and drag racing a Dart, so if anyone could find me a nice set, they could. I'd love to go GM but at the current rates, a set would be worth the same amount as one or two of my trucks!

It looks like the bracketry will work as is for GM. Not quite original but better than Dogde. If you don't use them you should be able to double if not triple your money as is. Numerous vendors have the covers and foam to redo them.

Re: buddy buckets in a j/y

They do look like dodge seats but someone would have to put new foam and covers on them anyway. I'm sure they could be changed to look like chevy with just a little more work. I'm sure you could use them for trade or easly turn a nice profit. there was a set on here for sale that looked like yours I think billsbowtie was selling them. I could have misspelled his username.

Re: buddy buckets in a j/y

Mike - The ones you picked up are definitely Dodge. These are somewhat suspect - maybe????? International or Jeep.

While the upholstry looks "Dodgeish" with the chrome accents the frame does not.

Consider yourself lucky for such a good deal - Bob

You could ship in three shipments I bet. Each seat then the frame w/ Center or center with a seat.
