what 3spd said, Ill try and take fotos for you tonight. Im running a 4bbl holley, Ill take pics of where I attached my throttle at. Also will add pics of my Lokar big stick shifter too.

Here's some pics, hope they help. Basically a 1/4" rod (bent to fit) threaded one end to secure to pedal. I used an edelbrock adapter to hook it to the carb and to have some adjustment on length, but if you get the length right, you could just bend another 90 in the rod and attach directly to the carb. I did end up using a mounting hole close to the center of the pivot shaft on the carb like 3speed said.
