Man.... that SUCKS!
One question that no one has asked... is that tree on YOUR property... or CITY property... you may get to make a claim on the city.

Even if its the city's tree you are responsible for the care and damage they cause at least round here. We had real bad ice storm a few years back and part of my oak tree landed on my neighbors work truck. The city just laughed at me when I asked them to cover the damages. My homeowners did cover it thank god.

Thats it. In soldarity and protest i'm not going to recycle a single sheet of paper for the rest of the year. It all goes in the garbage baby!! That'll teach those trees not to FU@@ with our trucks. With all those damn Fords out there.
