what is the diameter of your 10 bolt axle tubes- 2 3/4" or 3". if it's 2 3/4" your old plates and u-bolts should work.i have several sets of plates but all are for 2 3/4" tubes.

i just found another set of u-bolt plates i had forgotten about, they're of a mid 80s 3/4 ton suburban that had a 10 bolt front diff. with 3 inch tubes. the only u-bolts i have are for a stock front suspension and will not be long enough for your application. you can get u-bolts in almost any configuration from your local NAPA parts store. the plates will fit in a flat rate box so if you want them, i'll sell them for $30.00 delivered.

Thanks for the heads up on axle tube diameter. I have some plates, some from 3/4, and the set from the 89 Suburban , but most of my U bolts suffer from the corrosion issues. Appreciate the info to prevent a whooooops.
