need help finding wheels

what size wheels and tires are on this truck?they are bigger than stock.i have seen pics of a truck like this on here,but a side view.can find it now,thanks.

It is a camaro ralley style wheel with a derby cap instead of this smooth one

I had asked him a while back, they are 17" rallies he had built some years ago. I think the backs are 17X11 or something like that but don't hold me to it.
