I am thinking of buying a Cowl Hood from him as i need one of those as well as a tonneau cover for my 1993 S-10...This is the most active forum and just wondering if gmc pauls is a good place to buy these parts from...

How is the shipping to canada??

Any clue where one could find a tonneau cover for this truck?

Check out the review board, lots of good things said about GMC Pauls. You may have to go to the bottom left corner of the Index and select "since the beginning" to see all of them.

well there is a goodmark retailer here in edmonton and i see thats the brand he uses so i guess i am covered there....now any good tonneau cover companies?

i dont know about canada shipping, but i will say i have dealt with paul now for about 6/7 years. i have never had any issues with him. ever he knows his stuff and he just isnt a guy who sells truck parts. he actully has a bunch of trucks ..and works on them...he s a stand up guy bar none.......tony

i just opened my box from Paul sat . 2 steel rockers for my 68 c-20 ..where rust never sleeps .. I ordered them on tues .. to zip 14425 I hread the door sat am and saw the fed ex truck leaving my driving way .. just like xmas here with all the boxes . oh why didnt I get a OK truck to start with ................

GMCPaul's has not shipped to Canada in quite some time. Past practices of shipping to Canada to people who were not aware of how to deal with the customs and brokerage issues made the Canadian shipments a past practice. The costs of getting items shipped back to the shop with no sale in the works could only go on so long. Thats my take on it from my past emails with the shop.

First of all,and not to be a DH,just because this is the most active forum doesn`t make it the right place to post a question about an S10 in a 67-72 forum.I can`t believe that it hasn`t been moved.
When I hear tonneau cover I picture one ting,a bed cover made from vinyl orother fabric.The hard ones are called bed covers or hard covers.What exactly are you looking for.I`ve always had upholstery shops takecare of my tonneau cover needs.I`m sure you can go to any upoholstery shop and have them get you one.There must be supply warehouses in Canada that shops can order from and avoid shipping/border issues.

I'm going to order a 4x4 speedo cable (longer to fit the 700r4) and one of those new 700r4 indicator thingy's from Les @ GMC Pauls asap.
