Wtf?
Can anyone tell me why my thread was bolcked? (sorry, but you must subscribe to the board to post WIW, FS etc posts.) I was just looking for some info on selling my truck? I wasent trying to sell it on here or anything. What good is it to have a site like this one if you cant utilize it to it's full potiential.....

you have to subscribe to post for sale, and you have to put it in the for sale section.

The reason you have to subscribe to ask what your truck is worth to sell is the fact that some shady types (not saying you are) use WIW threads to get around the subscription to sell. They ask WIW and then pm people who respond trying to sell it. The purpose of the subscription is to cut down on scammers posting stuff for sell then ripping folks off (again not saying you are), since most scammers won't spend $25/yr just to rip someone off it has worked fairly well. As an added benefit it helps finance this great source of information, parts and community we all enjoy.

It's not like I'm trying to sell my truck on this web site, it's that you really cant go by a NADA/Kelly blue book value's for selling truck's like these. What I was trying to accomplish is finding out what truck in different areas/states are selling for to give me some idea of what my truck would be worth on the open market... I can understand about people trying to get around the system and not pay the dues that are needed to run sites like this one... If all it takes is a few $ to get information from here to obtain the knowledge that i'm seeking then it is worth it...
 thanks for the information, I thought I was just being singled out....
