im looking for a running 350 small block or a buildable long block in good shape (no cracks or sleeves) for my buddy's first project. would love to buy from any of my east texas guys or DFW area preferrably, as we're both in school and are on a tight budget. thanks in advance! --tav

man youre a great help with everything! im really just looking for a block and heads IF the pulleys and brackets and whatnot cant be swapped over from the 305 currently in the truck. basically i would need whatever isnt interchangable between the two. if you have other fun stuff like an intake/headers and whatnot i might be interested if the price is within our budget. my # is 903-571-2021 if you wannashout me a holler sometime tomorrow my phone is always with me. thanks alot! --aaron

I have a 350 standard bore 4 bolt main that needs rebuilt. It came out of a 78 and is the 010 block. $300

sounds good ill keep you in mind if i cant work anything out with texassquarebodies... what all is included in the deal is it just a longblock?

None of my business, but the 350 being probably the most common engine on the planet, is available on craigslist.org almost every day in the DFW area. Find one in a running vehicle, check the oil for water, coolant for oil, etc, pick yor year and go.

Compression was lowered in 71, and 71-up to somewhere heads are generally junk. Just my opinions...

I have a 350 still in an 84 truck. dizzy parts are missing the motor will turn over so i know its not locked up. that is all i know though. 200 bucks.

The cylinders look ok. It will need bored and a total rebuild. It has never been bored. Should take a 30 over bore. I will try to get some pics for you.
