WIW 72 factory 2wd blazer frame??

Been kicking around the idea of building a custom chassis for the blazer. What would the stock frame be worth? I swapped the suspension off the blazer with my 67 but I still have enough to make it a rolling chassis. I am just curious

I'd guess in the $1000-2000 range. You'd probably be better off finding a 4wd and putting a custom chassis under it then sell your 2wd to finance it. You have a nice looking ride that should demand some good $.

http://www.jimmeyerracing.com/ will build you a custom chassis to the specs you want.

You haven't seen any pics of it lately, only thing there right now is a frame and a tub. I couldn't see selling it and finding another since I bought it for the body anyways. We have been kicking around the idea but it isn't in stone that it will happen.

If I were in the market for a 2x4 Blazer frame. I would also be looking for an body ID tag. Having a 2-wheel Blazer frame is only haft the problem .To Identify it as a real 2x4 Blazer wouldn't you also need the ID tag from the 2x4 Blazer door? Just my $.02

I would be interested if you figure out a price. Is the frame still uncut?

10-4 It will be a while if I did decide to sell it ( year). I may keep it but with c4 suspension going up front and cobra irs out back I may be better off building one. I guess I am going to have to get it out and do some figuring.

It would still be an obvious true 2-wheeler since it has trailing arm suspension from Flint and the frame`s not shortened. It would be possible to find a true 2wd that had a better 4wd body set in place. An original VIN-plate would just prove that the body and frame are still married.

ARe you serious? Over a grand for just a frame? If so, there is a farmer I need to talk with soon.

Re: WIW 72 factory 2wd blazer frame??

I have been looking for one of these, I priced a full out tube chassis for
"Merlot" and was going to put "GQ" on the 2wd frame. This would help.
