Is your insurance not covering becuase you only have liabitity, or because they dont have an appraisal. I smashed up my truck years ago without an appraisal, but I did have full coverage, and they fixed my truck with no questions. Maybe I just got lucky.

they wouldnt add comp/collision on something that old without an appraisal. originaly I thought I couldve added it up to 2500 but that wasnt the case. nothing without an appraisal. FYI the auto is through ameriprise (costco) and homeowners is liberty mutual.
