"made in America" doesn't always mean it's "American made"
Mazda is owned by Ford fyi

Truck is now finished to the new owners design and running around.
I was shown some pictures of the finished product. At least it survived the junk yard.

Re: American Racing Wheels not so "American".

yes its very blurry. First off, it , in my opinion is sometimes more important to know where its made , than if its American made. I dont have a problem with buying stuff made in most countrys...like Ive said before, I have a problem buying stuff made in countrys that would like to do America harm.
As far as car manufactures , its very grainy, Mazda, as said ealier is majority owned by Ford. Chrysler is majority owned by Diamler...hmm, what one is more American? many Toyotas & Hondas are built in the U.S., often times with parts made in Japan....while the big 3 often have cars built in canada & Mexico with some..or many parts made here...what is more American..hard to say.
Made in japan doesnt bother me anymore than made in Sweden, or bavaria, or germany .

Re: American Racing Wheels not so "American".

I think I'll be OK with the "made in China" thing as long as my kids don't put it in their mouths, I don't brush my teeth with it, and I don't feed it to my dog!!!

..but BOY do I hate waiting for my wheels.....been fricken 8 weeks now!!!

Commie bastards!!!!
