how much is it worth

ok, i saw this truck today, it is a 72 factory ac cab w/ tilt steering im pretty sure the tilt didn't come factory on the truck, but anyways the cab looked pretty straight w/ only the rockers needing fixed, thats really straight compared to mine, and the bed could be fixed, the drivers side fenderwell is rusted out in the back but the passenger side didn't look too bad, i thinkthe floor is next to being shot, and of course the right front fender is rusted out under the battery.........so my question is, how much do you guys think its worth????Thanks, Kevin
