275/60/15's

I am in need of tires pretty badly. The 295/50/15 BF Goodies that are on there right now were made in 97 and it shows, that and playing with the 4.11 posi doesn't help much either. I was wondering if anyone has a pic of a stepper on 15X10's with 275/60/15's mounted to them. That and what brand are you running. I got a quote from a little hole in the wall place here on some Uniroyals for $402 out the door. I have a few buddies that work at Discount Tire and I could get a better price there but I forget the name of the tire. Would I still be able to run my 3-4 springs that I got with the 68 with the 275/60/15's? Thanks in advance....Mikey

Re: 275/60/15's

They should fit fine. I've seen lower trucks with that combo that still cleared everything.

Re: 275/60/15's

I've Got 275/60/15 Toyo Proxes ST's And They Have Been The Best Tire I've EVER Bought. I Paid $103 A Tire ( Plus Mount And Balance, Tire Disposal, And Taxes ). I've Mounted Them On 8.5 Inch Wheels. They Look Great, Fill The Wheel Wells, And Grip Like Mad. I've Got A 2/4 Drop On My Truck And Have No Rubs.

Re: 275/60/15's

I have 275/60/15 on 8 inches, they fit just fine. BFG's here, they are awesome.

Cost me $102 plus tax. That includes mounting, balancing, roadhazard, flat and balancing for life. I got them at Sam's Club, can't beat their prices.

Re: 275/60/15's

I have 275/60/15's on 10' rims and the rims are a little too wide for the 275's in my opinion. I plan on using 295's out back and getting some narrower rims for the front for the 275's.

st1x10, nice late model bed! I am about to do the same thing... I will be putting 275/60's all the way around also, they are the perfect tire IMO...

Re: 275/60/15's

I pondered the same question and I got some good pics on my thread under Suspension category. I believe its Drop springs? I was given a great pic of step with that exact tire size and a 4/6 drop...LOOKS GREAT if you can't find it search threads started under my name...its very recent.
