A little high for a 68 with a 69-70 clip. I have a set of those same valve covers. They are cool, and old school.

I agree, but if it's what you want and the truck runs good, has good engine and trans, go for it.
I'm from the old way of thinking that if a truck is a certain year, leave it that year unless you have no other choice. In this case you can always convert it back to a 68 front end later. It may cost you some bucks but may be more appealing. |
