Gas tank question.
I have a swb truck that I plan on doing the blazer tank under the bed. Now I've decided to convert my truck to TBI. Can I use the tank from under an 87-91 Blazer with the fuel pump in the tank? It would make life simpler in the long run I think.

Re: Gas tank question.
Krue, I think it will work, I know I have seen it done on the board before. Sorry dont remember the thread. I think they had to dent the front of the tank to give it some extra clearence from the diff.

Re: Gas tank question.
Krue, depending on the size tank...absolutely. If it's the 25gallon tank. They had several folks on the board doing them not that long ago with ones they got from a government auction off of the military diesel blazers, then set them up for gas.
May bolt in even easier than our years do. I would also dig up the fuel line from an 88-98 C1500 (extended cab or crew cab best). They have the threaded inline fuel filters that wil work great with that setup too. I'm hooking this up on mine also.
