What is this for?

Can someone tell me what this air pressure gauge for? I got oil pressure, tach and temp gauges to work but I have no idea what is this for. Thanks

Those were in the larger trucks (C40,C50,etc),some people install them in their trucks when they have their trucks bagged so they can monitor the air pressure..If you dont have anything to hook it too,remove or leave it in there for looks...

Adding to 1969k10stepside's post, it was to monitor the air pressure for the brake system.

are you sure it is only for the larger trucks? My dad had a 65 with factory rear bags. Don't remember the air guage. I asked him if I could fix it up but he said it would take too much money and soon after GAVE it away. Later found out the guy he gave it to changed all the fluids, cleaned out the gas tank, put on a new battery and it started right up. Still pissed if you cant tell. But it did have rear bag suspension on a C-10. I guess it was factory. It was a work truck and he would not have gone through the trouble of installing bags.
