Door Bumpers
Just bought some new door bumpers. Anyone have any idea how to get that huge hunk of rubber through the tiny hole? Not mention, once they are in, it appears that I might have issue shutting the door now??

Re: Door Bumpers
I just used a tiny flathead screwdriver and just carefully wedged in there. Only other thing I could think of is freezing them?

Re: Door Bumpers
Maybe spray them with a little wd-40 and use a small screwdriver like 19GMC63 did? Thats what I would try first.

Re: Door Bumpers
a dab of baby oil and what gmc63 said, but wouldn't freeze them as they won't get even close to small enough and they'll be hard as a rock, if anything keep them warm and pliable
the real trick is trying to get them OUT without wreckin' 'em T
