automatic on the floor
Anyone have any pics of an automatic shifter on the floor. I am swapping my old 3 speed out in a couple of days and will need to install a new floor shifter. I bought a B&M ZGate.

I saw a guy that took the center console out of an 81 Camaro and adapted the auto floor shifter to work his T-400. He said it wasn't all that hard and it looked real trick. I can snag those console easy for cheap. Just an idea

My truck had a B&M on the floor when I bought it. I don't know which one it is but someday I think I'll switch back to the column shifter. The think is kinda hard to put into gear. I think it is just old and worn out. Here's a photo but you can hardly see it.

Hey ProSt68, that dash looks cool without the ashtray, lighter, etc, but where are the controls for A/C and heat?

I've got the small Vintage Air billet controls - I'll either put it in the glove box or under the dash - I'm gonna be as stealth as possible. At least thats the plan for now, I've also considered polishing the billet control panel and putting it in where the factory controls used to be.
