After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

First, why in the world would he first spread filler over paint? Secondly, why do the filler before taking it to the metal? I'm not trying to knock your body man, but he's doin it kinda backerds!!

From my experience and from what I have read...The process should be weld holes, grind flush, epoxy primer,...then filler,,,,then epoxy primer again. Isn't this the correct route???

He ground the spots down to bare metal. I guess he wanted them filled so when he sands the rest of it down to get it the same. I guess. I'm not a body man so I really don't know.

This really is the proper way, I just don't want you to spend $ on a job that will end up with cancer spots under that filler down the road.

Well what can a guy say except (I LIKE IT.) Good job! The color is a good choice as well. The way I did mine was more or less the way the guys are suggesting it be done here. But I still like the look you achieved! Now go out and have some fun.

Here is the latest pictures. He has been sanding and filling it in now for 2 weeks. He builds it up then sands it down until smooth.
