Well, I've got lots of Ideas, it just depends on how much body work you want to do...

I've got led's in my stake pockets since I no longer have chains...led's are a very popular roll pan option. You could also french vette lights in there... late model caddy lights frenched would look cool too.
You might try Mar-K. They've got some tail lights for their pans.

Here is one that I saw and was quite interesting.... '77 Trans _ Am tail lights...turned upside down.
Sounds ugly...but if you can imagine it (or draw it on paper) it looks pretty cool, and it even takles trans am fanatics (like myself) forever to identify thiem. And with the lines that does across, you paint them body color and it looks even more custom.
I jusat wish i had a pic.
