3 speed to 4 speed on a 4wd

I am working on my k20 with three on the tree. I also have a 4 speed transmission from a c20. What all is needed to swap the 4 speed into the truck to get rid of the column shift?

Look like it will not mate right up to the x-fer case shift housing.

The C/20 trans will be a 2 wheel drive trans. You might have a length issue with the 4spd's output shaft...

I think the 2wd tranny has more output splines as well.

if you have a long wheel base switch to a divorced transfer case it makes life easier and will let you use what ever trans you want to use.

Re: 3 speed to 4 speed on a 4wd

options, options. I could also tear apart the trany and put in the right output shaft.
