Question Posting Pictures/Avatar

Does anybody have instuctions on this. Tried to figure it out, iam comfused. How about those avatar things? No luck on those either. So, HELP!

You need to click on "usercp" then on click on edit options. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on change avatar. You just need to pick and pic or GIF you want and shrink it to a maximum size of of 100 x 100 pixels. Then you attatch it through the change avatar link just link you would a mail attatchment. Hope this helps

Thanks to all, I send the photo to my imputer photoshop and twisted it, then to the paint shop to squeezed it somemore and it is good as its going to get today. It has taken me about 4 hours to figure this out, with some help from the illustreious board. Iam done, thank you-thank you. My wife say's thanks so i can get off this computer.
