Is this a good deal?

saw this engine advertised locally think i might buy it, what do you guys think?

355 4 bolt main block

Price $700
Description Freshly rebuilt 350 4 bolt main chevy block. Bored .030 over, honed, new cam bearings, freeze plugs, crack tested, painted GM orange all rebuilt block.. also comes with 350 crank, .020 under, crack tested, ready to go. Rods tested, ready to go. All work done by continental engine rebuilders. Everything still in plastic wraping. Also comes with heads casting number 462624, 76cc chambers, 1.95/1.50 valves, not rebuilt, just cleaned, painted and assembled. This is not a complete motor, you get the block, cranks, heads and rods.
I am selling because I need the money for tires and have no money to finish this motor. I am asking $700 but am open to offers.
I also have intake manifolds, cams, timing covers, oil pump, etc. Almost everything you would need to finish the motor I would be willing to throw in.
I also have a 600cfm Holley carb, less than a year old. Make me an offer on it if you want it.
Let me know if you want more info on anything

Re: Is this a good deal?

Not bad just check his bills, with the shop that built it etc. If he need to sell offer $800-850 for everything.
